BUS 430 Management and Leadership

This course examines management and leadership theories and practices by exploring the roles, responsibilities, and challenges of managing and leading in today’s fast-changing organizations. Students also engage in self-assessment and reflection related to essential managerial competencies and leadership.

Prerequisite

ENG 101; admission to an undergraduate business program; and completion of 75 QH of undergraduate coursework; or permission of Program Chair or designate.
