CSJ 401 Victimology

The course engages in the scientific study of victimization, the relationships between victims and offenders, the interactions between victims and the criminal justice system, and the connections between victims and other social groups and institutions. By engaging with advanced theoretical frameworks and research, students will acquire a comprehensive understanding of the multiple dimensions inherent in victimology and its profound implications within societal contexts.
