Secondary Education MAT

NCE offers three ways to earn the Secondary Education, M.A.T. and a Professional Educator License or alternative certification:

• The Secondary Education, M.A.T. (Traditional) is appropriate for most candidates
• The Secondary Education, M.A.T. (Alternative Teacher Licensure) is for candidates seeking Alternative Provisional Educator (APE) License and it's only offered in partnership with school districts
• The Secondary Education, M.A.T. (Alternative) is for candidates seeking Florida certification
